These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Smash, operated by Softon Ltd. By registering an account and using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the rules set out below. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use our platform.

Eligibility and Account Responsibilities

Bonuses, Withdrawals, and Prohibited Conduct

When you activate a bonus offer, you accept the specific terms attached to that promotion. For our standard welcome offer, a minimum deposit of £20 applies, a maximum bet of £5 per round is permitted while a bonus is active, a wagering requirement of 35 times the bonus amount must be completed, the bonus and any winnings derived from it are valid for seven days from activation, and a maximum win cap of ten times the bonus value applies. Failure to comply with these conditions may result in the bonus and associated winnings being removed from your account.

Withdrawals are subject to a minimum amount of £20. We aim to process withdrawal requests within 0 to 24 hours, though processing times may vary depending on your chosen payment method and any verification requirements outstanding on your account.

We do not permit any form of fraudulent activity, collusion with other players, use of automated software or tools designed to gain an unfair advantage, or any other conduct intended to manipulate game outcomes or exploit our systems. Where we have reasonable grounds to suspect such activity, we may suspend your account, withhold funds, and refer the matter to the relevant authorities. Decisions made following a breach investigation will be communicated to you, and you may raise a dispute through our support process if you believe a decision has been made in error.
